The view incredible, the comfort first rate. The continental break was the best I ever had. Delicious and presented beautifully. They haven’t forgotten anything. Quiet and serene. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The guest house has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. The location was lovely with view to the Baltic sea from our balcony and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful, we will visit again!!

The great location in Utersum close to different restaurants and the beach. A supermarket is right across the street. Our room was nicely furnished with armchairs and a comfortable bed. There was a cooker to make coffee/tea, cups glasses for water and wine. The bathroom had a built-in shower cabinet which was very practical. The balcony was spacious with a table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast was good, you could even sit outside in front of the breakfast room in the nice gardens if you wanted. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is a parking space on the premises.
