It’s well worth the journey, I’m so glad I didn’t stay in the middle of town. I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t fully booked. Johan gave me excellent advice through my stay. He speaks perfect English.

It offers spectacular mountain views, tropical gardens with BBQ facilities and charming wooden bungalows. Oliver was so accommodating. Loved using the fireplace in our 2 BR Apartment for the chilly nights . Breakfasts were delicious, and the location - idyllic!

It is located near the water fall. The room is clean, spacious with friendly staff. The breakfast is basic. We like the environment. Highly recommended.

The hotel and staff were wonderful, We had just come from Quilotoa and were very cold and Los Banos warmed us up, Breakfast on the deck over the River was great.

It was also a great location. The pool was fantastic, the food served in the restaurant was great too. We also used the laundry service - they got all our clothes clean and folded. The person who runs this place does a really great job!
