A lovely little studio with nicely stocked facilities. The sheets were lovely and soft, the bed very comfortable. There was a TV which we used to snuggle and watch a film on in the evening as it had Netflix access (may have also had others, we didn't check past Netflix). Everything was very clean and I always got a quick response if I needed help. Also, the scones, jam and cream in the fridge was a lovely surprise. I couldn't recommend this little place enough.

The common areas are tastefully designed and furnished. And the garden is glorious. I can’t recommend the Devonian highly enough.

A really warm welcome and a clean and comfortable room - but the bonus was the truly excellent food, everything home-made from scratch and beautifully presented and served. Great real ales, too.

Milk supplied in mini fridge with a variety of teas and coffees. Sarah was very helpful when we arrived, although instructions were clear.
