There was always fresh fruit available and a lovely cozy living room with a fireplace. I would have liked to stay there for a longer time.

The owners are particularly generous with their time and attention to detail. With my visit being in Winter I was happy to see I had electrical blankets on the beds. Showers had an abundance of hot water and the home was decorated lovely for Christmas. Breakfast choices were varied and super coffee being served. Complimentary bottles of water and snack bars and chocolates also in abundance.

Certain units in the guest house have private entrance and are equipped with dressing room and outdoor furniture. All units include a kettle, a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box, while some rooms will provide you with a terrace and some have garden views. At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Excellent home cooked breakfast & hosts were very friendly. Helpful with evening dining recommendations. The host were super friendly and always interested to making feel at home. The room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, being spoiled with nice local breakfast foods (e.g. full English, egg omelettes etc.). All in all just a great stay!

Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this guest house is 26 km from Hilton Community Centre and 26 km from Aberdeen Harbour. The property is non-smoking and is set 9.2 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. The host was amazing! He offered to drive us to Brewdog Factory, so that we did not have to worry about the logistics of public transport. We greatly appreciated the kindness. Everything else was boringly perfect (that's a good thing), nothing to complain. Food was good, place was clean, free parking on premises next to the room.

The nicely furnished and decorated rooms with en suite bathrooms, the overfriendly owners and sweet dogs and above all: the delicious and abundant breakfast. We were treated like royals. I would like to give an 11 out of 10, for the first time ever!
