Great location, very central. Lorna, the host, couldnt have done more to be friendly/helpful. Great full Scottish Breakfast.

We have stayed here before and returned due to liking it so much. An extremely comfortable guesthouse with a lovely owner and staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfasts and the views from the house and garden are stunning. Just the place if you want a relaxing break. A short, scenic walk into town and lovely and quiet at night.

Ivybank Villa is in quiet location but just a very short walk into Rothesay. The room was high spec and well-maintained. Our hosts went out of their way to be helpful, recommending places to visit and eat. We couldn’t have wished for more.

Stunning scenery, and great location for finding our way around. Helpful hosts, not intrusive but easily contactable if needed. Apartment had everything we could have asked for, clean, quiet, quirkiness and high standards.

Great location, quiet and relaxing break, wonderful views. Spacious ground floor self catering apartment on front with a private seating area. everywhere was very well maintained and spotless clean. Ferry, shops and eating places cafes within walking distances. Host Sara lives in next door house, she is helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Breakfast supplies in flat on our arrival. Managed fine without cooker, microwave and toaster etc met our needs.
