We spent 3 nights here and it was fantastic! Our room was modern, cosy and relaxing. We Loved the decor throughout the whole property as every little detail was thought about. The hosts were amazing, attentive and sweet, nothing was too much for them. The daily continental breakfast was perfect, Jackie and Greg were friendly, helpful and lovely to talk to and gave us so much advice on where to explore. They made our stay such a pleasure. The old bell is also in such a good location, we would highly recommend the old bell and will definitely be going back - we couldn’t fault our stay at all.

Regency Guest house is located in Neatishead, within 5 km from Wroxham and Horning in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and made perfectly on time for when ordered. The rooms were modern and comfortable. We had a bathroom on the corridor but this was still just for our use and very clean
