The apartment was very easy to find and the owner provided excellent directions. I liked that the house was tucked away down a side street away from any noise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. I also looked the big, open plan space and the homely feel. I stayed in December and would like to visit again in the spring. I would highly recommend Yannis Guest House as a relaxing, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. Boasting garden views, Nikolaou Art Residence features accommodation with patio, around 500 metres from Kolona Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house has family rooms. The place is simply stunning. There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.
