The property is non-smoking and is located 1 km from Heroes' Square. The place was a bit hard to find at first, but it is in a very lovely and quiet neighborhood, in a building with a small courtyard, (the door to the Guesthouse was on the inside of the courtyard). We had to call, but the owner responded right away, at midnight, which was very helpful! Our room was very clean, everything was pretty and decorated tastefully. The bed and bathroom were great and comfy as well. You share a common space with the other rooms, a small kitchen, where you can make coffee, prepare small meals, and hold things in a small fridge. If you are a late sleeper, you can sometimes hear the people in the shared space, but it didn't feel like such a problem. Overall it was very lovely and if we were to visit Budapest we would definitely go there again.

It was clean and cozy, the location of the underground metro station was within 7 minutes of walking distance, the owners we’re really nice, helpful and caring. The price for the stay was budget-friendly and we as a group of 5 friends would definitely choose Dob Twenty Rooms again,if we travelled to Budapest.
