When we arrive, Tia, the lady in charge, welcomed us with warmth and care. She went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs and even keep a contact number for enquiries after hours. The place is beautiful and cozy and the environment made my family feel at home and safe. The area is really beautiful, and family friendly and my kids (7 and 5) got to enjoy next to Malahide castle, one of the biggest playgrounds in all of Ireland. This was recommended by Tia aswell. It was an amazing experience, the facilities are practical and convenient and they have unlimited water, tea and coffee for the guests. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this charming hotel and I will highly recommend to my friends and family.

The guest house is less than a 10 minute' walk from Howth DART station, and a 2 km walk from Howth Castle and the National Transport Museum of Ireland that is situated in its grounds. There is also the Hurdy Gurdy Radio Museum based out of the Martello Tower, directly above the King Sitric. There are extensive walking paths and golf courses in the area. Room was comfortable and very clean. Check in process was quick and without issue. We had an Ocean view from our room on the main floor, but rooms on the 2nd floor would have a much better view of the Ocean. That being said, you can simply walk outside of the hotel and the Ocean is literally right in front of you! Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Home made bread, yogurt, option to have a full Irish breakfast as well (don't skip this option).

The staff were so helpful to us, they let us book in early and helped us navigate the bus system and organised a taxi for our very early start for our flight the next day.
