Unlike to a lot of comments I read before, telling that the electricity fails under load, We did not experience this and we had the 2 air-conditions on, to warm the apartment + we used the kitchen etc etc. I would recommend this property because it is located to all amenities and it is very comfortable, like if you are at home.
