Outdoor pool almost ready for water to be added. Parking is free and onsite. Easy access to grocery stores too. The Villa has a full kitchen with a big fridge that guests can use as well as a small one in the room.

A recently renovated property, City Love Rooms is situated in Siracusa near Syracuse Small Beach, Archaeological Park of Neapolis and Porto Piccolo. It is located 1.3 km from Tempio di Apollo and features a lift. Fonte Aretusa is 2.1 km from the guest house and Castello Maniace is 2.4 km away. Lovely place with a lovely staff, good service! Good location-not too far from the island by walk and in a local area which is quiet but also vibrant, with a supermarket nearby Nice room-very spacious and very very clean room with a lovely shared kitchen, we felt like at home right away Easy to park the car for free in front of the house, and house has an elevator so was even better Highly highly recommend!!

Wellness packages and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The guest house features parking on-site, spa facilities and a shared kitchen. I am a returning guest (traveling for work). Great location, with available parking. It is in the new part of the city, close to the hospital and most services; the old part, which the touristic hotspot, can be reached by walking (~20') or car. Breakfast has a good assortment of packaged drinks and snacks, including gluten-free options, and there's also a fridge in the room and an amazing pastry shop nearby. Supermarkets are also close. The host is very friendly and available to help.

We have to give additional praise to Olivieros breakfast.
