The pillows and the mattress were exceptionally comfortable. The design was so nice. Everything was thoroughly planned. The location was perfect (outside the ZTL zone). And the manager was always there for you! Sent a lot of useful information about the city, gave many recommendations and was so polite.

Both Verona Arena and the cathedral are a 10-minute walk away. Wonderful location, accommodated late check in and stored bags before our flight. Lovely and friendly staff too.
