The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and really personalised our experience from pouring us tea during our check in process and being really thorough about the facilities in their guest house. If you want recommendations they are also happy to try their best even with the english language barrier to help out and make recommendations. Overall the guesthouse is extremely clean and good value for money. The location is great with a bus stop put the front to the aquarium and the station and main strip within Otaru within walking distance. I would 100% stay here again coming back to Otaru just to see Kimi and Kuna they are wonderful people

I really enjoyed engaging with the other guests in this guesthouse, which enables people to get to know each other during breakfast, at the bar or in the common room. The facilities were nicely designed and decorated. Despite the distance to the centre of Sapporo, I would definitely recommend this hidden gem to everyone. Additionally, the shorter distance to Teine Olympia and Highland Ski Resort and Otaru is very convenient. This guesthouse is perfectly located in between Sapporo Downtown and Otaru, which both are worth a visit.

I needed a short stay and didn’t mind a cheap place. But it exceeded my expectations. Nearest subway line took me straight to Sapporo and to a new restaurant area. It was a bit hard lugging my suitcase through the snow for less than 10 minutes and climbing the entry stairs, but the location was really good. The facilities and common room were AMAZING and was a pleasant surprise! The staff were attentive and very accommodating. Would recommend.
