Nao was quiet but so helpful to me to resolve my back problem by getting a futon for me. The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. It's great to have youthful staff. One of the best kitchen I've encountered so far. Only suggestion is to use thicker mattresses. Great hostel!

It was conveniently located near many tourist attractions as well as beautiful site seeing. Very easy to get to and just a few steps away from a bus stop. The host was exceptional at making me feel like a valued house guest and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely return to Moto-Hakone Guest House and I highly recommend it for your stay!
