The property itself was immaculately maintained, with tidy surroundings and daily towel changes and rubbish collection. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't thank our hosts enough for their warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

She is very welcoming and always ready to help you if you have any questions or problems. We felt like home from the beginning. The place itself has everything that you need, is very comfortable and located in a beautiful area next to a beautiful temple and a nice area to stroll around. On top you get to experience sleeping on a futon which is way more comfortable than we expected! We recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit Kyoto and would definitely come again! The location was in a small quiet street close to the bus- and train station, and for the people with more stamina even within walking distance of the old town and central shopping areas.
