The facilities and amenities are very accommodating, and it's easy to operate, as the host made a house manual for the guests. The washing machine is particularly convenient for us since we didn't bring that many clothes. You can relax in the tub after a long day, and there's also a microwave to reheat food. The house is very clean and has just enough space for 6 people. We love that it's near Tokyo Skytree and another mall, so it's convenient to find food and shops.

The hosts are a very lovely elderly couple who hosted us with great warmth and hospitality. We felt so at home, even though if we communicated via the Google Translator (this is totally viable)! The room is very cozy and has a magnificent view on the Tama River down below. We definitely recommend to take the breakfast option: it is a traditional Japanese breakfast prepared by the hosts, it was very delicious. They have two cute cats, which visit while you eat. We regret staying only for two days!

You can do laundry for a small additional cost as well as rent a bike and store luggage for a few days. The location is nice if you are coming from Narita and is very close to Ueno park. The vinyl collection is impressive Price was very good and the room was quite spacious due to the bunk bed set up (desk on the bottom and bunk bed on top) Host was very kind, conversational in English and very eager to help, interact with guests. I felt very welcomed under their care. Thank you for having me, I will come again!
