My daughter bonded so quickly with Yasashvi ( Sanjee/Madhu's 9 yr old daughter) that she still remembers and talks about her. There is also adorable large dog ( Windy ) as a pet - Madhu and her daughter accompanied us to Cave temples ( 4 min walk to reach the temple from the property ) and explained so many details / history / traditions of Buddhism. The climb to the temple is around 300 + stairs with Medium/Moderate elevation . During the climb we took photos of beautiful forest and mountains around the area. Rooms are excellent and with top notch conditions / amenities - Madhu , Sanjee are excellent hosts. I/my family would stay here again if we are in dambulla again - Do not miss to book this property during your visit in Dambulla.

If we could we would give a 20/10! Room are very clean, really big, beautiful and very comfortable. Even much better than it looks in the pictures. Hot water and good pressure in the shower 🙌🏼 Kettle, tea, and coffee available in the room. Such a nice view from the window, AC works perfectly. The location is great and very quiet. Staff are super friendly and very approachable, give you useful tips for your trip around the area and in general of Sri Lanka. The breakfast is very yummy! 100% recommended to everyone! The hosts were absolutely amazing and the included breakfast was delightful. We chose to have dinner 4 nights in a row, choosing their vegetarian rice & curry as it was both delicious and very affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. The hosts were lovely, helpful, and always quick to respond to any of our questions, including arranging an early morning tuktuk for us. The wifi was functional for basic searches, but we recommend having some books to read to truly indulge in the experience. We definitely recommend staying here!

Definitely one of my favorite stays i had while travelling through SriLanka. Bathroom was above the standard that we were used to within SriLanka, AC worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable too. But what has made this Acoomodation so perfect was definitely the host family! They were so kind and prepared a very authentic and yummy breakfast for us. We also decided to have dinner (which you pay additionally but best price-performance ratio you could ask for), where they prepared 6 different dishes for us and we regretted that we didn't spent another night to taste that food again.
