I was by myself and felt very safe here with the gated community and security and overall niceness of the neighborhood. Martha was wonderful in making sure I had everything I needed and was very responsive to questions I had. I used the bicycle which was great for getting to the dive shop and into town for dinner, a great location for my needs. II loved floating in the pool and enjoying the patio area. I would definatley come here again if I'm back in Playa del Carmen.

The property is non-smoking and is located 4.9 km from Tulum Archeological Site. This penthouse is a gem! Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!

The bed was so comfy, air con and fan are really quiet. Everything is kept super clean! The shared kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Fantastic coffee. Which is free gratis! There are also books to read.
