The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with reliable WiFi and air conditioning, which is a must in Cozumel’s humid weather. I also appreciated the balance between social spaces and privacy, so you can engage when you want but also have your own space. Overall, a well-maintained, well-organized place that’s perfect for divers and travelers looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.

The units at the inn feature air conditioning and a safety deposit box. We had everything we needed. Lots of kind little touches throughout. And the location was perfect. Overlooking the street and directly across from the beach. We were very happy.

Andrea was very helpful and kind , I felt truly safe. Casa Alkimia is a great place to stay, the room was really comfortable, especially the bed. The furniture is brand new and super stylish! The building is perfectly located to enjoy both nature ( a few steps from Playa Norte) and nightlife. Plus, I've slept like a baby, it's definitely quiet during the night!

Located less than 1 km from Playa Holbox, EncantaLuna offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. To reiterate what I had read in some reviews for this place, this guesthouse is a hidden gem! My friend and I loved our room. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The shower had warm water, which is not always a given. The outdoor space has chairs and hammocks in the shade to hang out. EncantaLuna is away from the noisy center, and is still a short walk to reach "downtown" and the main beach. For the price you pay, EncantaLuna is a no-brainer. The owners, Erika and Luca, were really wonderful, easily reachable, communicative, and always willing to help and give recommendations. They have a wiener dog, Marvin, who is also adorable. :) Would definitely stay there again!

A patio with an outdoor dining area and quiet street views is offered in every unit. At the guest house, units come with bed linen and towels. This was an excellent stay! The room was clean, it had AC, every room had its own wifi, secure parking, and a kitchenette location so we could keep cold drinks. Our hosts were incredible...we had an issue with our rental car and Carlos helped with communication to a mechanic and even drove us into town while we waited. I could not recommend Casa Coral more while visiting Bacalar.

The location was perfect. 5-10 minutes away from all resutarants and bars, so we were able to go out a lot and also stay in the hotel without hearing the music too loud.

Hosts were friendly and couldn’t help us more. They even cooked us a lobster dinner as we bought some local lobster. We enjoyed having a communal kitchen as well. David took us onna very reasonably priced eco tour where we saw dolphins, sea turtles and a manatee! An experience of a lifetime!

Unfortunately we only booked for one night but we wished we could stay more. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and exactly how you see in the pictures. There is a dock to jump in the water and you can have a charmful swim in the laguna. There are also chairs and an amaca to relax, and at night you can see the fish thanks to underwater lights. The hotel has 5 kayak that offer to the customers free of charge and you can visit the cenotes nearby. Bacalar town is 5 minutes drive away or 25 walking. They also offer breakfast with very reasonable prices and you can enjoy it in their terrace. One of our best staying during our trip around Mexico, super recommended!
