The guest house is in a 19th century building, fully renovated in 2016. The Sea Garden Peniche is located in Peniche’s lively city centre, a 5-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean and the Peniche Fortress, which is the local museum. We liked our little balcony, staff was nice and we had comfy bed. Clean. Nice breakfast. Everything you need.

We also very much appreciated the fact that the room was heated. Overall, comfortable, pretty, great location. I wold love to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. You can truly feel that every corner of the building was created with love and care. Carlos is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, we felt so happy and welcomed. The room was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The terrace was spacious, relaxing, and well-sheltered from both wind and sun. On top of that, the location is super convenient: there’s a great bakery just a couple of hundred meters away, lots of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the train/bus station nearby. It’s only a few minutes to walk to the beach and marina, and it's also quiet at night. We loved everything here, especially the host! If I could rate this place 10/10, I’d rate Carlos 100/10. 😊 Thank you so much for having us!

Our hosts were excellent. Jorge was so helpful in helping us with our daily plans. We loved the location - close to many wonderful restaurants but with lovely green space surrounding the home.

I would like to thank the owners for making our visit very memorable. We were on the tail end of a long trip and wanted a quiet place near the coast we could relax before heading back to the states. The view from the hotel is beautiful, especially at breakfast or evening. Our room was spacious, bed was perfect and we could walk out onto a vast patio. We got the grand tour from the owner and quite the history lesson in his liquor cellar. The breakfast was delicious and specially made just for us. The owner and his family made us feel very welcome. He gave us excellent recommendations not only around Foz but the entire area.
