We didn't meet the owner, but the communication with him was easy and efficient and he prepared everything for our breakfast ahead. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. We parked by the road in front of the house. The accommodation is located in a small village in pretty countryside north of Lisbon. It is only about 30 minutes from the airport, but if you are going there in the morning on weekdays it could be longer due to heavy traffic. It was a great find in Lisbon area and we definitely recommend this place.
