The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond for us. It was truly an incredible experience staying at Urugano Virunga Palace. Everything was fantastic, and we could not have asked for more.

Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. We loved the setting - eating breakfast in the outdoors while having all the volcanoes in view. The staff were super friendly and great to chat with. Michael was provided very helpful advice regarding transport and directions, as well as insights into the culture of Rwanda. Since rain was a possibility, they offered the room and tent for us to use as we prefer during our stay. Also very good local food!

Loved the house and the hosts (and all the pets :)). Shower was incredible, the food was scrumptious and the fire in the grate burned merrily in the evening making it super cozy. Couldn't have asked for more!

Kinigi Cottage is quite the little stylish gem with lots of charm. They offered us delicious dinner and breakfast. The house and rooms are comfy and decorated well. The host and staff were all wonderful. We had an excellent stay.

Food is very good. Planting alongside rooms is beautiful. Rooms are separate villas and are huge. with excellent bathrooms, also huge. Staff are extremely helpful. Good location near to national park. Quiet. Spa will be a great addition when it opens.

The friendliness of the staff and the beautiful views and location is really exceptional for this accommodation. You could immediately feel at home. You can take great walks around the guesthouse and it is nice and quiet. The food was also lovely.

Wow wow wow… can I also give 100 stars? A very Cousy but basic place to stay at the Vulcanos Nationalpark! However the best thing about the Vulcanoes view guest house is the staff. No wish is to big and everything is made possible! For example they carried the table, chairs and food on to a field. I never had dinner with such an amazing view!! So I just can recommend to stay here.
