Henrik and Isa have thought of every comfort and are incredibly obliging hosts. The bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Strängnäs itself is adorable. Its location on Mälaren makes for a beautiful outlook, there are cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There are shops, pubs and swimming spots. The train takes you to Stockholm in less than an hour and it’s not too far to Mariefred and Gripsholms Slott. I mean, what’s not to love? Henrik and Isa have good recommendations to suit your needs. You should stay here!

Our lovely and very helpful host, Jonathan, was so kind to let our son feed the fish too! The location was great, offering tranquility for the evenings and perfect for sightseeing as it is close to Ekerö and Bromma for trips to Stockholm via public ferry/train/bus. It is also very close to good hiking spots! We have good friends in Sweden so we will definitely keep this address for our next trip to see them!
