Lots of restaurants and bars around but location of the guesthouse is surprisingly calm. Highly recommended!

This guest house features a rooftop pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The guest house offers an indoor pool with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a shared kitchen. We loved the house. It was all new, total clean and smell good. The resort was huge with a lot of activities. The location are great. Close to market, shops, cafe and activities. The owner are also very kind and helpful. Always by his phone, and making sure that you’re having a good time. We will absolutely come again.

A hidden gem,located behind owners property making it quiet,private and safe.Off road parking on a level driveway in a very nice leafy neighborhood.Very convenient for airport and motorways.Local shops and bars are walking distance away. There is a covered outside sitting area,which was very handy in the evenings.The unit is well furnished and well equipped with everything you need and also with things you may have forgotten you needed!Hosts are charming and helpful and we followed their recommendations for local wild life parks and gardens.So all in all an excellent and memorable place!

Bounce House is 22 km from the guest house, while Florida Mall is 22 km from the property. Orlando Sanford International Airport is 22 km away. The location was amazing, walk to the Eden Bar or Thai or many amazing restaurants. There is a bike or walking path a block away. Watch the space launch from the drive way and sunset from the lake out back. Bed was comfy but would be small for two. Everything was clean.

Situated within 8.7 km of ESPN Wide World of Sports and 9 km of Disney's Hollywood Studios, Newly Room in cozy hotel with Super location to the Parks features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kissimmee. The property is located 10 km from Disney's Boardwalk, 11 km from Disney Springs and 11 km from Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. The inn has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and free WiFi throughout the property. Exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff there were nice.
