With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, rooms at Hide Away Bungalows in Ben Tre City also provide guests with free WiFi, while certain rooms here will provide you with a lake view. The units will provide guests with a minibar. I’ve been travelling for almost 6 months and this homestay is the BEST place I stayed at. The hospitality here can’t be matched. Mai (the host) is so incredibly kind, speaks perfect English and helps you with everything from arranging your tours (really recommend) to your transportation. She is also an incredible source of knowledge of the city and has given us a lot of tips on things to do. Definitely try to eat lunch at the homestay and and we also really recommend the boat tour. We absolutely had the best time there! And I cannot forget to mention all the animals at the homestay (we miss you bahn mi) they make the place feel even more like home ❤️

Mr Kha is a brilliant host, very helpful and always smiling. Very quiet setting. Facilities as expected. Really good food as well. We did the firefly tour on the evening of our arrival, which was magical. Recommended!

Hosts are friendly, help with transfers, tips for the area. Property surrounded by nature in a quiet neighbourhood just off Ben Tre. Free bikes & kayaks are a plus! Clean and spacious rooms, lovely garden with a small pond to just sit outside and relax.

Super location in the middle of nowhere. The family running the homestay is extremely friendly, charming and helpful. Delicious food made to order (including breakfast) The place really oozes a laid-back guest house atmosphere. Highly recommended! The private Mekong boat trip is also well worth doing. Watching the sun go down while buzzing along the Mekong really is quite something! A nice pool too, not large - but good for cooling down in!

Very nicely decorated and clean homestay. A little bit outside of the city in a quiet street. Besides room a nice entrance area, kitchen, sofa, table, to use and relax, work and enjoy breeze. Host provides good tourist info online. Bikes and scooters. Great!

The room was clean. Very quiet location, with a swimming pool.The host speaks good English and we took a boat tour with him. The place is very isolated, so if you want to get away from it all then this is for you. Be careful when booking as some rooms do not have air con, so read carefully. I made the mistake of booking without and had to upgrade later and it was more than I wanted to pay but didn’t have any choice other than to get eaten alive by the mosquitoes! Nice meals on demand.
