Room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice little balcony. We could use rooftop to enjoy our evenings. Whole object was nice and clean, made with style. There was a coffee and tea machine at the lobby which we could use and also a fridge where every room had its own space. We also could use free bikes to have nice afternoon ride. Perfect stay, we wish we could be there longer. We also went on a boat trip (there were 3 options to choose from), which was just amazing, our guide was really lovely! It was added to the bill which we payed on check-out, it was really convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!

We loved our stay with Ms Ha and would definitely recommend staying with her and getting her to do be the guide for your Mekong tour. She was showing us small places other big tours won’t show you and made sure we were well fed along the way. The room is fantastic for the money. The location of the guesthouse is amazing, local coffee shop out front and night markets a stone throw away.

Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.

The neighborhood felt authentic, and the city was calmer and less touristy than other large cities in Vietnam. The hosts were exceptionally warm and caring, providing clear directions before arrival, booking my bus ticket, and arranging pick-up. They also gave personalized recommendations and a detailed food guide with insider tips, which was invaluable.
