Everything was squeaky clean, and I enjoyed the hot shower with excellent water pressure the most - you don't typically find this in cheap places to stay around Asia! Also, the staff was super friendly, and the location is fantastic since you can walk 5 minutes and arrive on the street with all the bars, restaurants, and the local market.
