What is not to like about this property - food, views, company, service! We made friends during our stay, we felt like family there - definitely coming back. Have more than one dinner here - the food is that good please do trust me. Firstly our room was beautiful, very big with all the amenities you could ask for. The views of the ocean my goodness they are within plain site every day. Also good sunrise views if you can wake up for it - stunning sunrise. Now let’s talk about the food, we stayed 3 nights and everyday our room got little baked treats. Their breakfast is like no other - from the fruit salad, to the home made granola and everything else. Then the dinners - Michelin star dinners every single night oh my what an experience.

A Boat House has spacious, luxuriously decorated rooms in a nautical theme with soft blue-and-white tones. Each room has a private entrance, a microwave and a tea/coffee maker. All rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy amazing sea views I cannot say enough good things about this property. Location was far enough from town to be private but close enough that I walked to dinner one night. Hosts were just the sweetest people. They allow you privacy but are available and friendly. Clean, comfortable, everything one could need and more. Incredible view. Great value.

Such a lovely home cooked breakfast with a good selection of continental elements and your choice of hot cooked options. Gillian was so helpful and even allowed me to keep my bags safe at the property after I had checked out while I was on a day trip.

Guest House Simonstown is located only a 5-minute walk from the Glencairn Beach. The Cape Town International Airport is 35 km away. Fantastic view, absolutely quiet area, perfect breakfast. Also the best mattress on the trip through South Africa (other were just super hard). We can just recommend to go there and even extended our stay. Thanks a lot to Nikkita and Amanda for everything!
