The lodge has a covered communal BBQ area and an outside kitchen and scullery. There is comfortable outside furniture in the lapa. Guests can enjoy free parking. There is a selection of adventure activities in the surrounding area and many hiking and walking trails for the more active guests. The owner was lovely and helped us with tour books and recommended places to eat. The common areas had loads of games that kept our kids entertained

The rooms are decorated with wooden ceilings and a mix of modern furniture and ethnic details. All units have a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. They include a satellite TV, a minibar, and a safe. Comfortable room and bed. Lovely little touches. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was fab in the heat.

Each room comes with air conditioning, TV and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. We were so impressed by Tsitsikamma Village Inn! The gardens are beautiful, the "cabins" are so charming and the food was delicious and abundant. Everywhere I looked was beauty. The staff was so helpful and friendly. When we checked in we noticed one of the light bulbs needed to be replaced. We walked to reception to ask them to replace it. Before we returned to our room, a staff member was waiting at our door ready to fix the problem. Very effienct and friendly. We loved our stay here!

This was tremendous value and we were sad we were only staying for one day. I would love to come back and stay for a week. The house was beautiful. Rustic for sure - but all the more idilyic for it. It was large with an open plan kitchen and sitting room. There was a lovely long side porch which was perfect for a relaxing afternoon reading my book. The garden is beautiful and the view of the mountain is stunning. You can also go and have breakfast just down the road at the hotel (we already had plans so didn't) The owners were extremely friendly and even let us borrow their washing machine. The kids fell in love with their dogs and the chickens and geeese wondering around.
