The exceptional service I got from TSIRA & BETUL (Junior embassador & front office staff) and how they handled my uncomfortable situation for a fabulous and most comfortable stay was amazing I was amazed by both of their approach to my situation. Unless their proactive ,guest freindly approach, my stay would have been miserable. So I highly appreciate their service and I'm grrarfull for that. It is far from Instanbul airoport, but it is an excellent hotel. Clean, with great personnel, the gardens look nice. Not much to visit around it, but it was ok for me, i was passing by for one day. the food was excelent, the best falafel ever.
