This is the 2nd time there and it’s worse than last year. I’ve had several bad experiences with Embassy lately and I plan to contact Hilton’s customer service. Food bad, waiter at bar very bad, no air conditioning despite moving to a second room. Phone did not work, heard planes all night, bed hard and pillows too soft. Breakfast not up to par which is not normal for most Embassy Suites. Also, I only booked this location for the shuttle service which we could not useGuest review byLindaYoung couple
