Hilton Hotels in Saratoga Springs

The breakfast was excellent- a great choice and all freshly cooked. The room was fabulous- so spacious and well equipped. We particularly liked the living area in the room. Without exception the staff at the Embassy Suites were great. From the veryy helpful and welcoming reception staff to the housekeeping staff and of course the very entertaining barmen- Don and Ron?

The Hilton needs a complete renovation. Old carpeting, wallpaper, curtains. Bathroom was small, the tub was an old fiberglass model, made it hard to stand and shower. Sink and tub drains both backed up. Parking was a nightmare. Handicap parking is a 1/2 mile way from the front desk.

I never got to see the property because booking.com never booked the room. I got to the hotel and they didn’t have a booking for me. I was lucky to get a room at a Hampton inn a few miles away so I spent four days playing chauffeur because the friends we went with got their room at Hilton garden inn. I will never use that site again.
