They were great for the kids during our stay, The location of the hotel was also spot on. I was able to exit the hotel at anything and have access to everything. I was told that the third party vendor overbooked the room and there was nothing they could do to help me. I raised Holy Hell for (4) hours finally a second shift manager came and found a room from somewhere. I paid over $800 dollars to be treated like crap. You had to share some of the amenities with the Hilton next-door.
