If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.

The best Hilton we stayed at! 24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good! Everyone in the staff is kind, warm , and caring! Arrigato!! Thank you thank you thank you for such an amazing experience!!

This is a really bid and wonderful 2-bedrooms apartment with a nice kitchen and a wonderful guestroom. The curious fact is that the elevator opens exactly into the flat (you have your elevator key from your floor!) The matrasses under futons were very soft. Guests with ill back sould be careful and better use futons only. We explored Kamakura from this apartment by foot. The host was very helpful and friendly. We like this place very much!

The property name says it all : « Onsen & Garden ». A super nice Ryokan, very quiet & peaceful, inside like outside. The Onsen is a must and so pleasant… a very traditional experience… the garden is super nice and welcoming… The owner of the place drives the shuttle to Gora. He’s super friendly and curious, I wish the drive was longer to get to talk more :-)

The location is near and connected from the Queen's mall. Only a short walk. Although it was raining, the walk to hotel is covered with canopy all the way from mall to the hotel. The view from my room was splendid. The ferris wheel was just by the windows. Excellent
