All aspects of the hotel were great, and the staff were exceptional. They all helped with any questions regarding our holiday needs and were prepared to make bookings for transport or trip extras. We were very happy with our time at the Tokyo Hilton Hotel.
The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is delicious. I usually stay in the Hilton Hotel, but Grand Nikko Tokyo is much better than the Hilton Hotel. I highly recommend Grand Nikko Tokyo.
Cleanliness and proximity to train stations. Decent space for connecting rooms for a family of 4. Includes 2 bathrooms that makes it easier to prep. I don’t understand some negative reviews on the breakfast but we really liked the options and variety. Nightly Sake and Japanese snacks for everyone. This isn’t the Four Seasons but its definitely a step up from a Courtyard or Hampton Inn. Highly recommend this hotel.
I don’t normally book for shared accommodations because i love my own space and peace but I was curious about cube/capsule hostels in tokyo so i booked here and it didnt disappoint!! It was clean, tidy and quiet too, with very good location and lovely staffs!!
Room ok but friends stayed at Hilton nearby for same price and way better facilities
Fabulous location, very clean and tidy, pleasant staff. The hotel breakfast was not extensive, but perfectly adequate and tasty. The canopy room was just lovely – very comfortable bed, and nice big bathroom and shower.
Clean curiosity bus to the airport
Small but well-equipped rooms. Nice city view from the room. Breakfast was not bookable during the room booking but was available for a separate additional charge (which actually gives you more flexibility because you can decide separately on each day whether you want the breakfast or not) and was very good. Curiously, there was a fresh pizza for breakfast (among a lot of other things). Good location in a walking distance from the Shinjuku station.
We got the airport limosuine bus to nearby Hilton and walked 5 mins to Nishitetsu Inn. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. There's a McDs across the road, 7-11 on one side, and Family Mart on the other next to the subway station. Rooms cleaned every second day and fresh towels left daily. Coin laundry and vending machines, and they helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel. Cafe downstairs. Very happy to stay here.
I've booked an Economy Twin but instead the room seem like a Double room with an added bed rather than A Twin Room. Besides ⁰that they said the charge for 1night on 1st November had not been paid ,but instead the booking for 2nd November had already been paid. Aren't it curious and am feeling quite unhappy about the situation as I have to check all the booking.com 's message about confirmation and payments before writing to booking.com about the matter.
