This villa is simply stunning ! Modern, clean and in the perfect location. Everything was wonderful: the beautiful, well-kept pool, the sea view, and the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect during our stay. Truly one of the best places in all of Ksamil, we felt at home from the first moment. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Ksamil. We can’t wait to come back!

We were incredibly lucky to have this beautiful house, which consists of three charming apartments, all to ourselves. The location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, idyllic, and surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views that we never got tired of. There’s a small barbecue available, some clotheslines for drying laundry, and even fresh vegetables from the garden – such a thoughtful touch! In the evenings, cows and goats wander past the house, adding to the peaceful, rural atmosphere. Several lovely little beaches are nearby, and there are some great restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very friendly, relaxed, and easy to communicate with – we felt welcome from the very first moment. It was by far the best accommodation we had during our trip through Albania – we would come back in a heartbeat!

Our stay at the mussel house was wonderful. My husband and I stayed in for 6 nights in one of the huts with our 3 month old baby girl. The huts boast beautiful views of the lake and restaurant. The food we had was nothing short of incredible, the views so beautiful and undisturbed, but honestly the best part of our trip was the amazing people we met. The staff are so kind, helpful and warm. We cannot recommend this stay more if you want a relaxed and secluded time away soaking in nature, whilst enjoying amazing food, great wine and exploring all the beauty southern Albania has to offer.
