Thank to the owner for really great staying. Not only us - adults but also teenagers :) loved it there - and that means a lot :). The owner is really kind person and the place is clean, new, spacefull, great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and balcony with lovely view. We enjoyed hiking and climbing nearby.

I was surprised by the quality of the house. I think to owners have a lot of fun running the place and really got into it. You can sense a lot of passion around the hosting business. Many things are done at a low cost, but this is not a complain, it is an appreciation from my side, because it proves that there is a passion foe this job behind. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy 3-bedroom house nestled in the foothills of the Alps. The veranda offers stunning views of the surrounding fields and hills, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. The area is full of picturesque trails, making it ideal for nature lovers and those who enjoy hiking. The peaceful setting was exactly what we needed for a getaway. A small note for those who plan to cook extensively: the fridge is on the smaller side, and the electric stove takes a bit longer to heat up. Overall, a charming and scenic retreat!

This house is very beautiful, comfortable and cozy. It deserves solid 10 rating. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and can accommodate more people. Interiors are very elegant and modern. The house has everything that you need for your daily life with well equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, cleaning equipment and a washing machine. The location is very easy to find and is 35 min away from Vienna by car and located in a very nice peaceful neighbourhood. We were looking forward to go home everyday to have some rest and energise for the next day. The biggest highlight is having breakfast early morning in the terrace/private garden. We will definitely come back. Thank you Kay for this beautiful house.
