It was surprisingly quiet given that it was on a busy road. But the home was beautifully outfitted with all the extras. We stayed with our dogs and it was the perfect backyard, safe secure and tidy. The owners have created a great holiday home.

The hosts were super friendly. They even let us use the house before the booking time because we arrived early. They were super accommodating. They taught us how to use the fishing rods and gave us some recommendations on what to do and eat around the area. The pool was also great. We had a good time swimming around.

Our family and pooch stayed at Starfish Cottage over the easter long weekend. We had the best time. We were blessed with perfect weather. So much to do for everyone including our labrador.     Waiting for us on the kitchen bench as a bottle of wine and box of chocolates which was a very lovely surprise. The house is centrally located but far enough away from the highway to not be disturbed by any background noise and easy walking distance to Blacksmiths Beach. The house was very clean and tidy, with plenty of cleaning products and kitchen appliances which made our life very easy and comfortable.

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at waterside retreat. We loved the location how close it is to the water. The house is deceptively spacious. Very clean, tidy with a very well equipped kitchen. It had everything you need. The hosts went above and beyond with welcoming us with a bottle of wine and chocolate. Highly recommend and would come back again.
