Nice warm house with all facilities for a long or short stay. Modern and clean. Appreciated the tea, coffee and milk on arrival as well as Rob meeting us and showing us how everything worked.

We arrived 23 December and the host Rob met us and showed us around, very useful. Although the semi detached house is well situated just off the top of the high street, it is very quiet and just perfect for lovely cafes and shops, even a good M&S food hall. The house is really very well appointed and warm and comfortable. Lovely kitchen with good kitchen gadgets and crockery, comfortable lounge , as well as a lovely dining room. The house was decorated for Xmas. The bedrooms are well decorated and plenty of storage. Very comfortable. There is parking at the rear of the property , quite safe. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. Rob took time to meet us with items we had left at the house, very kind.

Excellent location, close to all the great shops, cafés and restaurants in the Broadway, and only a 10min walk from the rail station. The seafront and Old Leigh are also very close by. The rooms are bright and full of light, the back yard is perfect for breakfast in the morning and to have off street parking in Leigh on Sea is a godsend! Honestly can't fault it and our 3 young adult children loved it too 😊

Every extra small item you might need was available. Scissors, cellotape, batteries, shower gel, teabags, coffee, a large carton of fresh milk etc. It made all the difference. Thank you!
