18 Church Street is extremely well located and appointed - with a lovely kitchen, dining room and lounge and excellent bathrooms. Lots of lovely touches - like a great coffee machine, atmospheric lighting, wonderful log fire, board games, an outside space at the back with log burner and rugs for warmth. Best of all, the host is lovely - making you feel very welcome!

Excellent location being Approx 1 min walk to the centre of Fore Street / Whitestrand. Very clean throughout, comfy beds and quality linen. Warm and cosy cottage feel even in the predictably inclement September rain. Very happy and will definitely stay again if available

Great location, up a short sharp hill from the beach/ car park. Views over to Burgh island were stunning. Clean house, well appointed & perfect for our needs. Plenty of warmth for winter & can only imagine it’s beautiful in summer! Great communication from the owner & a lovely array of gifts to enhance our stay- many thanks!

Couldn't have asked for a better location - perfectly places for the very best of Salcombe, close to lots of nice restaurants in the gorgeous Knightsbridge and a stones throw from the beach at Torcross. Our boys loved it and got to enjoy surfing close by, crabbing in the harbour at Dartmouth, a few dips in the sea. Also close to some fantastic restaurants. The cottage itself is lovely, nicely furnished and in a quiet street which we found so peaceful versus the noisy nights in London.

Beautiful house, lot of thought and attention put into the interior of house loved the nautical beach theme. All the amenities needed. Felt like we were at home almost straight away. Ideal location, 5 mins walking distance to the estuary and Salcombe Town which was stunning. Great pubs and eaterys. Would definitely stay again!

We are a camping family so the accommodation was amazing and such a treat. We came to see family over from SA and needed to be close to them. Honestly, it's bigger than our own cottage. I have never spent so much on accommodation and wish we could have stayed longer. If I win the lotto I would definitely book for a week!
