The cottage is so lovely & homely, it's equipped with everything you could possibly need. The terrace is a sun trap in the afternoon & the donkeys popping their heads over the wall make it extra special. Andy & Sam are brilliant hosts & made us feel very welcome & we will definitely be returning

This is a great stay. The house is clean, light and airy, with a large open living space. The most important part of any let is: are the beds and couches comfortable? YES, in both cases. The house is well provisioned, with thorough documentation in the welcome folder. Not just milk welcomed us, but also crisps, chocolate biscuits (fancy ones!), and Prosecco. The location is handy to the beach and the shops (I recommend Atlantic Fish and Chips), both about 8 minutes walk away. There is a 7kW EV charger available to use for a small fee, this is extremely handy if you’re holidaying in an EV, and much cheaper than using public rapid chargers. The host was available via SMS, and responded promptly to questions. I would recommend this property to friends and family, and would stay again. My only criticism is the shower mixer is very fiddly and time consuming to get right, sometimes it was impossible to keep on temperature. The host acknowledges this in the documentation, but I think it would be better to have it replaced with a thermostatic mixer and be done with it.

Stunning location, amazing, accommodating hosts. Every facility you could need in the cottage. Dog had enclosed, secure garden which he loved and plenty of walks around the farm. Close to all major attractions, beaches and towns in North Devon and Cornwall. Honestly, could not be better.

    Lovely and private, beautiful property, very clean, all the essentials supplied which was great. Nice and secure area/gates to keep the dogs and our children safe which was fantastic. Comfy beds, the most beautiful views, especially sunrise and sunset. Lots of good shops locally and seaside close by. Host was quick to reply to any messages- working wifi, hot tub was great to relax in, washing machine was a bonus. We had a fantastic stay- we would love to go back again.
