The place and the view from thee room is so nice! The staff provides amazing service. Always making sure that you’ll have a comfortable stay. It is easy to communicate and ask or request for anything. The place can arrange airport pick up and drop off . The have an in-house spa which is very nice since you dont have to go anywhere else to have a spa treatment. Will definitely stay here again if given a chance.

Floating pool breakfast was amazing, very tasty and the novelty of having a floating breakfast in your own private pool was great! The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable too! Easy to get a grab to head into the town for a bit of exploring. If you’re staying in ubud woild highly recommend!!!

Our stay at The Clifton Ubud Valley Villas was beyond exceptional—the best villa experience I’ve had in all of Bali! I had booked it as a special getaway to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday, and the staff truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to create a magical experience, showing an impressive level of attention to detail and care that made us feel genuinely pampered. The staff was incredibly responsive, staying in constant contact with us on mobile for any needs we had during our stay. They arranged everything we requested, and even anticipated needs we hadn’t thought of! For the birthday celebration, they surprised us with a beautiful complimentary cake, decorated our villa with colorful balloons, and made us feel like VIPs. The floating breakfast they prepared was absolutely incredible—delicious, beautifully presented, and such a unique experience to have in our private pool, overlooking the jungle. The villa itself is a masterpiece. Inspired by Japanese design, every corner of the room felt thoughtfully designed and luxurious. From the sleek shower to the small touches like high-quality bath products and shampoo, they had everything to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The bed was of outstanding quality, ensuring we had restful nights, and the room was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The infinity pool was hands-down one of the highlights, offering jaw-dropping views of the lush jungle surroundings. We spent hours just floating and enjoying the peace and beauty around us. The location of the villa is a perfect balance—nestled peacefully in the jungle for a secluded feel, yet close enough to central Ubud for easy access to explore the town’s vibrant culture and cuisine. Every detail of our stay was perfect, and The Clifton Ubud Valley Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. This place was so beautiful. Secluded from other guests. So relaxing. The staff welcomed us with some history of the location. They brought our breakfast to the room each day. The private pool was warm and gorgeous. We had a floating breakfast the last day. The robes were comfy. They arranged a scooter for us. They were always available by phone or whatsapp and quick to respond. We left our charger in the room at check out and they promptly called us to let us know.
