The property itself is in an excellent position on the square, in very close walking distance of several lovely pubs and to the bay. The local Londis was very well stocked. The hosts were so nice. It was really welcoming but we were also left to oursleves, which was lovely. The house is warm and inviting. It does exactly what it says on tin. Its not the Ritz, but its so clean, warm, excellent location, peaceful and welcoming. I will return.

Gorgeous location, our lodge was just fabulous, great bed, shower, view and loads of wee extras that just made the place and stay so wonderful… the scent in the room, homemade scones, fresh milk, robes, toiletries, was all just fantastic.

The location was beautiful. and views were amazing. Easy to get to places. Loved seeing all the animals in the fields. Many times weather permitting we sat and watched the world go by with a coffee. The hosts were wonderful. and are so knowledgeable about the history of the area. with suggestions of places to visit.

Home baked scones, a bottle of wine and a log fire ready for a match greeted us when we arrived. Our expectations were exceeded from start to finish. The house has everything you could want. The sockets even have USB charging ports built in all over the house. Host Jane Ann is a pleasure to deal with and will make any guest feel right at home. Easily one of the best places we've stayed in any country. Easy recommendation.
