For peace of mind just come here.. so relaxing and quiet.. very nice stay.. the kitchen had everything that you need.. we had our garden and had a very sweet visitor, Mr Cat.. 🐈 it’s in the outskirts of Rieti.. 16kms away.. but so much worth it. If you need groceries buy before cause there is just a small alimentarie near by.. Definitely recommend here.. The owner was very nice and helpful too..

The apartment was excellent: modern, beautiful decorated, spotless, and very spacious, with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy. It had all the comforts we could wish for. Mariela and her husband were wonderful hosts. From the very first moment they welcomed us warmly, were extremely kind, and always ready to answer any questions we had. Amazing villa. Had everything you need. It was situated in beautiful gardens and very private. It was our base to get to other places like Rome and Terni where our family live. Also to beautiful Orvieto. Definitely recommend this lovely villa.
