We are staying at Giorgia's apartment it's beautiful well equipped. It's very central to all amenities walking to lots of cafes and restaurants. There are plates, cups, full cutlery, pots, hob, coffee machine etc. We've not found any of this in any of our stays! She's an amazing host. She exceeds 5***. She's left us delicious treats too. Has been on hand with great recommendations and support when we needed it. We are in the centre of town. Even so the apartment is located at the back of the building so we get very quiet restful sleep in very comfortable king size bed. The place is spotless. With luxurious soft towels lots of them. Car parking is easy there is blue line parking outside the proprty. We down loaded the Easy park app pay approx 7 euro per day job done. This is a very historic baroque part of Sicily. Modica is a Unesco world heritge city. Also very hilly we have used the little sight seeing train tour white one to look around. There are 2 that run here they cover different areas. At 5 euros each good value. To finish if I come again I would stay with Giorgia and will recommend her to my friends as I've been so impressed and I've stayed in lots of places.

Maria and her family are the most helpful hosts I have ever met. The house is wonderful, cozy and decorated with great taste. Ideally located in Modica, the centre and its attractions only a short walk away. There is a free car park area nearby. I definitely recommend to spend at least a few days, because this house invites you relax, unwind and embrace the slow living style of one of the most beautiful areas of Sicily. Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, amazing beaches and a peaceful, quiet countryside are all within easy reach; this place will spoil you with options to discover and enjoy the history, the architecture and the amazing landscape of the area. Huge thanks to Maria for making me feel so welcome, her precious advice made my stay more enjoyable than I could have possibly ever imagined.

We LOVED everything about this place. This was the most beautiful house we rented in Sicily this summer. This place is insanely beautiful. Big white stone villa, with HUGE and well maintained swimming pool. The apartment is large. With two separate bedrooms and with big comfortable living room. Emanuele is a great host. Smooth communication, easy going, with lots of attention for their guests needs and with full list of recommendations of good restaurants and places to see. The best experience - night swimming under the palms, with a softly lit house in the background :) Highly recommended!

Fantastic rustic place to stay. Really loved this place it was an amazing exoerience and so great to taste the Modica culture. David was a great host even before we arrived helping us so much. The place has amazing decor and i mustn't forget wow what a shower.

    I can’t say enough for how good this stay is. The whole apartment (3floors) including the two terraces from the pictures is beautiful. The hosts were really friendly, communicative and kind, they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The apartment has all the details that you can imagine and all necessary for your stay. Very clean and amazing views. The only sad part is that we didn’t stay longer, hopefully next time! You have to walk up a few stairs but it’s well Worth it for the views :-)
