This house was an absolutely incredible stay. The owner was very kind, accomodating and even cooked fish and chips for us! We had a wonderful time at ITER. It is a 10 minute walk to Hakodate Station, and there is a 7/11 next door!

The place was exceptional. Quality of the rooms and conditions were great. The facilities available within the unit (TV, washer, dryer, bathroom) were of great condition. Parking was readily available and the check in process was easy.

Very spacious and comfortable guesthouse, well equipped with amenities. Located at the heart of Hakodate and close to everywhere we needed to go. As we were catching a flight after our stay, the host also provided a scale for us to weigh our luggage which was extremely helpful. We also loved the huge collection of One Piece figurines that the owner has collected over the years. Would definitely book again if we were to come back to Hakodate.
