The hospitality we experienced from Mieke and Dirk was exceptional. Thoughtful, caring, with a lot of attention to detail; just true hosts. Beds - comfy, perfect for a good sleep. Bathroom - good shower, good lighting, fluffy and good quality towels. Kitchen - everything that is needed and then some, coffee machine was putting a smile onto our faces in the morning. Entertainment - 2 tvs, Netflix, many language tv stations. Privacy - second to none.

The house itself at first glance seems somewhat out of the way, but in fact the location is excellent for daytrips by car to any of the cities and attractions in the area. Keukenhof 10 minutes, Den Haag 40 minutes, Amsterdam 45 minutes, just ideal. The house is lovely, spacious, bright and airy. One bedroom plus toilet and shower on ground floor, 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The kitchen is well-equipped. Paulette and her partner are wonderful hosts--friendly, kind, and communicative. Highly recommend this stay.

The town itself is full of character and truly reflects the spirit of the Netherlands — and this place is just perfect to enjoy it fully. Staying here feels like being at home. My highlight of our holland trip. Everything about it was perfect . I highly recommend.
