Clean. Modern hotel! I was actually really impressed! Decent breakfast. Good selection. Great night sleep. Beds are very comfy. Clean. Black out room. Highly recommend. We both left saying what a great night sleep we had!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Downloading the HRS app allowed us an early check-in. The room was comfortable and the tube is right next door. Breakfast was good. Parking behind the hotel was easy. Overall an enjoyable visit.

The location is brilliant. Very close to Camden Market and buses/underground train. About 20 minutes by train to Trafalgar Square, about 30 minutes by bus. Even if the hotel is close to Camden Market and the crowds of people visiting, the hotel is still quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness in the hotel is very good.

This modern hotel in West London is conveniently located and gives great access to Central London attractions such as The London Eye, Buckingham Palace and the Natural History Museum.

Room was small, but perfect after a whole day of sightseeing. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was less varied, but plentiful and delicious. Location and transportation are very good (bus, metro nearby). Staff was very nice.

The staff at the front desk was fantastic. They were beyond nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is also great. At least in our experience the district was quiet and peaceful but with access to many restaurants, marks, and the underground. The room was clean and nice. It offered great value for money for a place like London.
