Room was exceptionally impeccable . Indeed I checked on a day for Britannia hotel at Canary wharf but could not tolerate the quality of Britain's hotel hence I elected to forfeit the money paid and return to IHG Excel. The breakfast is crispy ; staff supportive .

Located in East London. This Holiday Inn hotel is only a 5-minute walk from both Whitechapel and Shadwell Underground Stations. It has a restaurant, a lounge bar and a fitness center with mini gym.

In East London, Holiday Inn Express London Stratford is just a short walk from the Olympic Stadium and the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk.

The staff were very helpful and good at their roles. Ensuring everything was at a high standard. The room was comfortable and clean. Food was really good I had a mixed grill on the first evening and my wife had the lasagne, we both had the fish and chips on the second night. There was no process to indicate to the staff that we had booked inclusive evening meals with the room which caused some confusion as I was presented with the food bill but it was sorted out by the manager. The process needs to be looked at but I expect very few people book their rooms with meals included. However there is limited,if anywhere, locally to eat because of the location of the hotel.

This modern hotel is in London Docklands, 0.2 km from Canning Town Station, a 20-minute drive from the O2 Arena and a 10-minute drive from the ExCel Exhibition Centre.

The Hotel is amazing! A very kind and helpful staff. Our room was cleaned everyday and tidied which we were very pleased when we found out when we came back from our walk.

Catherine in the front of house was exceptional; friendly and personable from the very beginning you could tell she was "under the pump" but made our stay so enjoyable. So kind to us and our boys she was attentive and an absolute pleasure to be around. We had a great stay for the night and being within walking distance to 02 and a stroll to Greenwich Village was ideal.

Loved the location and we had room with a canal view as requested. Comfy bed, and it was good to have an iron & board to press clothes.

In the vibrant South Bank district, Holiday Inn Express Southwark is within 0.5 miles of 2 Tube Stations. Modern air-conditioned rooms each have a flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
