Beautiful place. It's a room in the house of the host, a very nice family. Everything is clean, specious and comfortable. I got amazing ideas for nearby sites to visit. Delicious and rich breakfast, full of products from their garden.

Nina and her husband are very friendly. The room is very clean and bright. The common room is delightful, very condortable. There's a balcony for watching the sunset. The bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is also very good (ask for the honey, it's homegrown).

Very small room, but comfortable bed and okay for a short stay. Host family were very friendly and endearing, and offered a taxi service to Tatev monastery the next day (about 30km south).

Waw !!! The best BnB ever !!! A real one, were you stay at a family, in their house, with them, share dinner and breakfast together like if you are a family member. Of course it means you share the bathroom, of course it means you don't have full privacy like when you stay in a hôtel but if it's what you're looking for, then go to a hotel. But if you're looking for sharing and meeting new friends for real, then definitively go there ! Bonus: view on the mountain on the terrasse and delicious home made food !! Very warm and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to relax inside or in the garden. Very close to the main sites and restaurants.
